Wedding QR sign maker FAQ
Is the wedding QR sign maker free?
Yes — design and download a print-ready sign for free, with no watermark and no signup. Pick a template, add your names, and export a PDF or PNG.
What size are the signs?
You can export at 5×7 inches or 8×10 inches — the two most common frame and easel sizes for wedding table signs and welcome boards. Both download at print resolution.
Can I print the sign at home or at a print shop?
Both. The PDF is sized for standard frames, so it prints cleanly at home or at any print shop. The PNG works well for digital displays too.
Will the QR code on my sign collect guest photos?
It will if you point it at a PixBearer event link. Then guests scan the sign and upload photos and videos straight to your own Google Drive — no app, no signup. For any other link, the QR simply opens that page.
Can I remove the pixbearer.com text from the sign?
Yes — there's a toggle to hide it. We leave a small credit on by default, but you're free to turn it off for a clean, unbranded sign.
Do I need design software?
No. Choose a template, type your names and date, and download. Everything renders right in your browser.
