Wedding QR code generator FAQ
Is this wedding QR code generator really free?
Yes — completely free, with no watermark and no signup. Enter your link, download the QR code as a PNG or SVG, and print it as many times as you like.
Does the QR code expire?
No. The QR code encodes your link directly, so it works for as long as that link works. There's no PixBearer account tied to the code itself and nothing to renew.
Can this QR code collect guest photos into my Google Drive?
It can — if you point it at a PixBearer event link. A plain QR just opens whatever URL you enter. To collect photos and videos straight into your own Google Drive, create a free PixBearer event first, then paste your event link into the generator.
Do I need to type https:// before my link?
No. Just type your link — for example yoursite.com — and we'll handle the rest. Full https:// links work too.
What file formats can I download?
PNG (great for most print jobs and digital use) and SVG (a crisp vector for large signs or professional printing). Both are free.
How big should I print my wedding QR code?
At least 1.5 inches (4 cm) square so phones scan easily from a normal sitting distance — bigger on welcome signs. The SVG stays sharp at any size.
Do my guests need an app to scan it?
No. Every modern phone camera scans QR codes from the browser. If the code points to a PixBearer event, guests upload with no app and no signup.
